Merger of Bullseye Testing, LLC and Scan-X, LLC Announced
MIDLAND, TX (May 3, 2018) - Bullseye Testing, LLC ("Bullseye") and Scan-X, LLC ("Scan-X") are pleased to announce the merger of two leading Midland-based inspection companies. Bullseye provides pipe and tubing inspection services to blue chip operators in the Permian Basin. Founded in 2013, Bullseye serves more than 150 customers in the Permian Basin. Bullseye provides hydrostatic tubing testing, electromagnetic pipe scanning, and visual inspection services utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. ScanX provides electromagnetic and hydrostatic testing services on pipe, production tubing, and sucker rods. Founded in 2012, Scan-X serves its customers with industry leading best practices to minimize tubing, pipe, and rod failure.
