Fluid Management Holdings
Fluid Management Holdings is a leading independent provider of oilfield fluid management services in Western Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. The Company provides frac flowback, fluid hauling and disposal services to some of the leading E&P operators in the Granite Wash, Cana Woodford and Canyon Wash.
Foster Testing
Foster Testing provides acidizing services to E&P companies throughout the Granite Wash and Woodford shale plays. Foster has been operating from its Perryton, Texas headquarters for more than 35 years.

Quality Aircraft Accessories, Inc. ("QAA") is a leading supplier of accessory parts to the general aviation aircraft industry. QAA repairs and refurbishes aircraft engine components, such as generators, magnetos, fuel and hydraulic pumps, and turbo chargers, in addition to selling new OEM parts as a stocking distributor. QAA has a Class 1 & 2 FAA license as well as EASA approval allowing it to repair and service all mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical accessories for all aircraft types. QAA's headquarters and operations are located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Quality Aircraft Accessories was sold to BOK Financial Capital Corporation in August 2012.

Taylored Services, Inc. ("TSI"), headquartered in Edison, NJ, is a third-party logistics outsourced warehousing and distribution services company. TSI operates warehouses on the East and West Coast serving the ports of Newark and Long Beach where many of its customers import their products from Asia and Europe. TSI uses advanced information technology to communicate real time with its customers and their retail partners to ensure accurate, timely, and cost effective distribution solutions. TSI has been sold to Saybrook Corporate Opportunity Funds in November 2012.

Phoenix Optix designs and manufactures a broad range of high performance fiber optic components for the optical network market. Its headquarters and primary manufacturing operations are located in Pawcatuck, Connecticut. Phoenix Optix was sold to management in February 2006.
Tannin Energy Services, Inc
Tannin Energy Services, Inc is a leading rotating equipment service and supply company, providing a full range of sales, operations, maintenance, design, and fabrication services to natural gas producers gathering systems, pipelines, refineries and petrochemical operations. Tannin specialize is serving both the onshore and offshore markets out of its headquarters in Broussard, Louisiana.
R.L. Drake (Completed)
R.L. Drake, LLC is a manufacturer of video signal modulation and transcoding equipment for cable television (CATV) headends. Headends are the primary network equipment that receives the core broadcast signal and converts and allocates the signal over different channels for distribution to end viewers. R.L. Drake sells headend equipment to CATV equipment distributors, systems integrators, CATV buying co-ops, service providers, and telephone companies. R.L. Drake's headquarters and primary manufacturing operations are located in Franklin, OH. R.L. Drake was sold to Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (AMEX:BDR) in February 2012.

Seacon Phoenix is a leading designer andmanufacturer of cables and connectors used in underwater and harsh environment applications. Its products are used on nuclear submarines and surface ship applications for hull penetration and device connectivity in addition to deep water oil & gas exploration and production. Seacon's headquarters and primary manufacturing operations are located in Westerly, Rhode Island. Seacon Phoenix was sold to Ametek Inc. (NYSE:AME) in April 2007.
