Powerhouse, Inc. Adds Jerry Wenzel, Sr. VP Operations for Stone Energy, to the Board of Directors

Broussard, LA, June 1, 2010 – Powerhouse, Inc. announced the addition of Jerry Wenzel to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Wenzel is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Stone Energy (NYSE: SGY), a leading independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company.
Prior to joining Stone Energy, Mr. Wenzel was employed by INTEC Engineering as Vice President and Business Unit Leader of LNG Services. Prior to INTEC, he worked with BP/Amoco for 29 years with various Engineering Supervisor and Management positions. Most recent positions being Vice President of Amoco Deep Water in the Gulf of Mexico and subsequent to that Vice President and General Manager of the Deepwater Mardi Gras Transportation System. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
