Primary Industry Energy Services and Equipment
(Upstream, Midstream, & Downstream)
Size* Trailing EBITDA of $4-$15 million
(Add-on opportunities greater than $1 million)
History 3 to 5 years of profitable operations
Management Continuity preferred
Location North America

Leverage Debt for purchase price and ongoing capital needs
