Keith served as CFO for Fluid Management Holdings (FMH) – a Hastings portfolio company. Keith helped manage the growth from $8 million in revenue when he joined in 2011 to nearly $100 million in less than two years. This growth was a result of multiple organic initiatives as well as five separate acquisitions. Keith implemented metrics to enable more precise asset measurement and management, drove DSO from 82 to 51 days through streamlined ticketing/invoicing processes, and ensured key cost containments in a high growth environment. He was then critical in helping manage the business through a successful exit in late 2013. After an appropriate transition with the FMH buyer, Keith joined Hastings in February of 2015.
Keith began his career working for the Williams Companies where he quickly progressed through various managerial roles, culminating with the position of Managing Director, Americas. He left the Williams Companies in 2002 to lead a management buyout of TouchStar Technologies, which until 2002, had been an operating subsidiary of the Williams Companies. Keith had full P&L responsibility for and led the North American division of TouchStar through 27% annual growth over 9 years while maintaining 28% net margins. Keith left TouchStar in 2011 after a successful exit that provided a 23x cash on cash return. Keith has extensive international experience and has lived and worked in both France and England.
