RL Drake Adds Comcast EVP Dave Fellows to Board of Directors

Franklin, OH, January 1, 2009 – RL Drake, LLC announced the addition of Dave Fellows to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Fellows is currently an Executive VP and Executive Fellow with Comcast, advising the company on technology matters, since January, 2007.

From 2003 to 2006 he was EVP and Chief Technology Officer at Comcast Cable, responsible for all technology, engineering and technical operations. Prior to that, from December 2001 until their acquisition by Comcast in 2003 he was Chief Technology Officer at AT&T Broadband.

From 2003 to 2006 he was EVP and Chief Technology Officer at Comcast Cable, responsible for all technology, engineering and technical operations. Prior to that, from December 2001 until their acquisition by Comcast in 2003 he was Chief Technology Officer at AT&T Broadband.

Mr. Fellows served as a Principal of Pilot House Ventures Management Group from 1998 to 2001. He served as Chief Technology Officer of MediaOne and Senior Vice President of Continental Cablevision, Inc. (acquired by MediaOne), since 1992.

From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Fellows served as President at Scientific Atlanta's Transmission Systems Business Division. He was also employed at Siemens, USWest and GTE.

Mr. Fellows received his Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Applied Physics from Harvard College and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Mr. Fellows is chair of the Data Standards Subcommittee for the SCTE, and serves as a Director of Cable Television Laboratories Inc. (CableLabs) in Louisville, CO. Mr. Fellows is also a board member of Polycipher, a cable industry joint venture owned by Comcast, Time Warner and Cox whose mission is to develop and operate the foundations of a Downloadable Conditional Access System (DCAS) for the U.S. cable industry.
